“I have a great passion for working with our patients, doctors and staff. My biggest enjoyment is spending quality time with my wonderful husband and getting as much happiness and laughter as I can out of life.”
Jodi, is our lead Claims and Patient Billing specialist and has been with our practice for 16 years. She is diligent in ensuring our patients receive the benefits they are entitled to under their health insurance policy and assist them through the sometimes complicated world of claims and health care financing!
“I take great pride in the care I provide to our patients. Listen, smile, give comfort and treat people the same way you would expect to be treated. My spare time is spent with my husband and our boys, hiking, skiing, and having fun at big family gatherings.”
Diane has worked in almost every position in our practice over the last 20 years as she has grown with us! She is the Clinical Staff Supervisor and is primarily Dr Tsoi’s Medical Assistant, but you will be sure to meet her, as she provides excellent medical care for all of our patients.
“My joy comes from being with my adult children and grandchildren. We create art, explore the world of insects, reptiles and all things strange and wonderful, and build the best forts! General silliness is a requirement.”
I have been the practice administrator for over 20 years and the practice has grown from one surgeon and myself, to two surgeons and a dedicated, specialized staff to take care of our patients. I would not trade a single day of those years; the relationships, the smiles and laughter, the tears of happiness and of sorrow, the sincere embraces make every moment worth it, no matter how trying or frustrating the day may be.
I have been tattooing since 1974. Five of those years were as an apprentice to an old school master where I learned my trade. Both my parents were artists and illustrators. My wife and I have been married since 1972, have two grown children we’re very proud of, and six dogs to keep us busy.
It’s a privilege to work with the Surgeons and their staff, who are able to make people feel better about themselves despite what may have befallen them in life. For the opportunity to be a part of this healing process, may I say to them, and most importantly to our patients….. Thank You!
For over 15 years Greg has been helping our patients by performing the medical tattooing procedures (usually scar coverage and breast cancer reconstruction) for this practice. He is a true, life long artist and utilizes single-use equipment and medical grade pigment specifically for the applications needed in a plastic and reconstruction clinic. He has proven to have excellent skills in this specific aspect of tattooing and shows the utmost compassion and respect for our patients.
“Working and helping people has always been my passion. I am so thankful and very fortunate to be working with distinguished doctors, other medical assistants and great staff. In my spare time I love being with my kids and loved ones going on hikes and just having family time.”
“I love providing care to the patients on the business side of their medical needs. I was born and raised in Fort Collins, CO so I enjoy everything Fort Collins has to offer. Summer time with my 2 kids and all the wonderful outdoor activities is the best!”
Carrie has been part of our front/business office support team since 2016. She performs a variety of tasks in our clinic; preparing estimates for your out-of-pocket expense and insurance benefits, contacting insurance for surgery authorizations and scheduling office visits. All with a smile and a cheerful manner, all to help the processes run smoothly for our patients!
“Working in a position where I can help others has always been extremely fulfilling for me. I like being able to offer a smile or kind word to someone struggling with illness or injury to brighten their day. When I’m not at work, adventuring in the outdoors with my daughter and husband is my favorite thing to do. When the sun goes down, I create- write, draw, paint, sculpt or whatever suits my hidden artist at the moment.”
Michelle joined our practice in 2017 and it is her face you will see at the most often when you check in for your appointment. She answers and directs your calls and performs a variety of business office duties. She has our patient’s best interest at heart and her priority is to provide only the best service with a smile and a kind word.
“I consider working on the NCPS team a wonderful pleasure. Everything that I learn from my experience working here is knowledge that I do not think I would be able to find anywhere else. I love laughing, ice cream, shopping, and I look forward to my future and all the exciting surprises it has in store for me.”
Emma joined us about a year ago as our high school intern. She is our go to person for creating Adobe forms, keeping records scanned and current, and performing a variety of other “behind the scenes” duties that enable our team to provide great care for our patients.
