“I ABSOLUTELY love my job! I learn something new every day and it’s very rewarding working with patients. I believe laughter is the best medicine. I enjoy reading and going to the gym… some would call me a ‘cardio junkie’.”

Amanda Lee has been Dr Boustred’s Medical Assistant since December, 2013. She focuses on our patients and utilizes her excellent communications skills. She is such a great listener and will keep her promise to get you the answers you need. Her kind and gentle manner calms and reassures our patients.

Becky

Becky

“My joy comes from being with my adult children and grandchildren. We create art, explore the world of insects, reptiles and all things strange and wonderful, and build the best forts! General silliness is a requirement.”

I have been the practice administrator for over 20 years and the practice has grown from one surgeon and myself, to two surgeons and a dedicated, specialized staff to take care of our patients. I would not trade a single day of those years; the relationships, the smiles and laughter, the tears of happiness and of sorrow, the sincere embraces make every moment worth it, no matter how trying or frustrating the day may be.

Greg

Greg

I have been tattooing since 1974. Five of those years were as an apprentice to an old school master where I learned my trade. Both my parents were artists and illustrators. My wife and I have been married since 1972, have two grown children we’re very proud of, and six dogs to keep us busy.

It’s a privilege to work with the Surgeons and their staff, who are able to make people feel better about themselves despite what may have befallen them in life. For the opportunity to be a part of this healing process, may I say to them, and most importantly to our patients….. Thank You!

For over 15 years Greg has been helping our patients by performing the medical tattooing procedures (usually scar coverage and breast cancer reconstruction) for this practice. He is a true, life long artist and utilizes single-use equipment and medical grade pigment specifically for the applications needed in a plastic and reconstruction clinic. He has proven to have excellent skills in this specific aspect of tattooing and shows the utmost compassion and respect for our patients.

Nora

Nora

I am so blessed to have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful team at NCPS.  I love greeting our patients and contributing to the best possible experience for them in our clinic. Outside my job, I have so much fun with my husband, my daughter, and our dogs. We enjoy the outdoors, going to the gym and spending time with our family and friends. “

We are happy to be expanding our staff in 2016 to include Nora, our great receptionist with the big smile and easy-going manner.  She will be the first person you meet when checking in for your appointment and her kindness and caring for people will put you at ease right away.  Nora will also collect the information the billing staff will need to ensure smooth insurance claim processing on your behalf.

Cami

Cami

“Working and helping people has always been my passion. I am so thankful and very fortunate to be working with distinguished doctors, other medical assistants and great staff. In my spare time I love being with my kids and loved ones going on hikes and just having family time.”

Cami joined our team February 2017 as Dr McCarthy’s MA. As part of our medical assistant/clinical care team she ensures patients leave their appointment informed and with an understanding of what to expect before and after a procedure and their care instructions. Her positive, upbeat and caring attitude brings comfort to our patients.

Carrie

“I love providing care to the patients on the business side of their medical needs.   I was born and raised in Fort Collins, CO so I enjoy everything Fort Collins has to offer.  Summer time with my 2 kids and all the wonderful outdoor activities is the best!”

Carrie has been part of our front/business office support team since 2016. She performs a variety of tasks in our clinic; preparing estimates for your out-of-pocket expense and insurance benefits, contacting insurance for surgery authorizations and scheduling office visits.  All with a smile and a cheerful manner, all to help the processes run smoothly for our patients!

“I enjoy the challenge and the problem solving in a billing position. Every puzzle in life is presented to us to solve, whether it be in our personal or professional lives. I am fortunate to work with a team who put the patient’s needs first.”

Mike’s first job was with our clinic as a part-time staff member in high school and continued through college. He is now a partner in our Claims and Patient Billing Department and the variety of duties he performed over the past years have proven to be quite an advantage! He is a strong navigator in the world of insurance processes.
